When fulfilling orders through the Merchant Dashboard, merchants must select their shipping carrier, origin country/region of their order, and provide a tracking number for their order. For the Wish system to correctly receive order tracking information from a shipping carrier, merchants fulfilling orders must have the correct shipping carrier selected that corresponds to their provided tracking number when fulfilling an order. This ensures that:
- Wish receives the correct order tracking information from the selected shipping carrier and correctly display order tracking information on the Merchant Dashboard as well as to customers.
- Merchants can meet order fulfillment policy requirements (see the Merchant Policy, Fulfillment, for more information on order fulfillment policy).
- Merchants can be eligible to receive payment for the order after the order is confirmed fulfilled/ (see Fees and Payments policy for more information on order payment eligibility).
In order to help eliminate merchant confusion when selecting a shipping carrier, we have compiled a list of major international shipping carriers and their subsidiaries (the listed carriers below are a subset of our complete list of Accepted Shipping Carriers) with suggested usage based on order origin country/region and order destination

Can I fulfill an order using a shipping carrier that is not on the above list?
You can use any shipping carrier that is under our full Accepted Shipping Carriers list to fulfill an order. The shipping carrier list included in this article is intended as a reference for merchants shipping internationally (with a major carrier) to verify if they are selecting the correct carrier based on their desired order shipping route. Additionally, as the above major international shipping carriers have multiple subsidiaries, this list allows merchants who are shipping with a subsidiary of a major international carrier to confirm that they have selected the correct subsidiary based on their shipping needs.
Merchants shipping with a major international carrier’s subsidiary carriers should confirm that they are selecting the correct subsidiary carriers from the Shipping Provider dropdown when fulfilling an order in the Merchant Dashboard or via API. For example, a merchant who has generated a tracking number for an order shipped with DHLGermany (a subsidiary carrier of the major international carrier DHL) must select DHLGermany (and not DHL or any other DHL subsidiary that is not DHLGermany) in the Merchant Dashboard to ensure Wish receives the correct order tracking information.
If your order is subject to the Confirmed Delivery Policy, you must use a carrier listed under our Confirmed Delivery Shipping Carriers list to fulfill your order.
Note that orders originating from Mainland China must be fulfilled and shipped through WishPost, and any other Accepted Shipping Carriers or Confirmed Delivery Shipping Carriers cannot be directly used for these orders.
What can I do if I’ve entered the incorrect shipping carrier or tracking number when fulfilling my order?
For all orders that are not confirmed fulfilled, merchants can modify tracking information (to provide a valid tracking number or select the correct shipping carrier) as many times as needed within 30 calendar days of the order released time.
This 30-day timeline includes modifying tracking information for orders that have incurred logistics-related infractions, as long as the order has not been confirmed fulfilled.

If incorrect tracking information past 30 calendar days results in an "Order not delivered" infraction, the merchant can file a dispute.
