This article explains Wish shipping policies and how to set and/or change your shipping preferences.
About Shipping
You can choose one of two different shipping options: Ship to US Only and Ship to Selected Countries/Regions.
Fast and reliable shipping is critical to customer satisfaction. Per Wish's Merchant Policy, we ask that you fulfill orders (i.e., orders marked as "shipped") within five calendar days, ship items using a trusted logistics service provider, and provide valid tracking numbers. Orders that are not marked "shipped" within five calendar days of order released time will be refunded automatically.

Update Shipping Settings
1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard > Settings > Shipping.
a. You can also update your shipping settings via API PUT /api/v3/merchant/shipping_settings.
2. Select Ship to US Only or Ship to Selected Countries/Regions.
a. If you choose Ship to US Only, items from your store can be purchased only by customers from the United States (U.S.). The shipping cost you set for your products is the cost of shipping to customers in the U.S. only.
b. If you choose Ship to Selected Countries/Regions, items from your store can be purchased only by customers from the countries/regions that you select. This allows you to choose the destinations your store can ship to. If you select “Add all countries/regions," items from your store can be purchased by customers in all destinations worldwide supported by Wish.
3. Set the shipping cost. The shipping cost you set is the cost of shipping to customers in any of the destinations that Wish supports. (Exceptions apply to Mainland China-based merchants opted into the Calculated Shipping feature for Advanced Logistics Program.) Keep in mind that these destinations include those in Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Africa, and Australia.
Setting Country Shipping Price
1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard > Settings > Shipping.
2. Select Ship to US Only or Ship to Selected Countries/Regions, and find the destination you wish to edit.
a. Under either option, you may edit the overall shipping cost for all products (excluding yellow diamond products) shipped to specific destinations from your STANDARD (Primary) warehouse.
3. Select Use Country Shipping Price from the dropdown, and enter the amount you wish to apply to all products shipped to specific destinations from your STANDARD (Primary) warehouse. (Again, this excludes yellow diamond products.)
4. Select Apply bulk update to complete.
FAQs
1. What is “Use Product Shipping Price”?
“Use Product Shipping Price” means the shipping price is specified for each product individually when they are initially uploaded. You can also edit the product shipping price on the Products page.
2. What is “Use Country Shipping Price”?
“Use Country Shipping Price” means the shipping price you set is the shipping price for all your non-yellow-diamond products shipped to specific destinations from your STANDARD (Primary) warehouse.
3. Which products are affected if I change shipping settings and click “Apply bulk update”?
All non-yellow-diamond products shipped from your STANDARD (Primary) warehouse are impacted. The shipping prices for yellow diamond products are not affected, and neither are the products in Secondary warehouses. You can also adjust shipping prices for individual products if you want. (Note that this excludes yellow diamond products.)
4. What happens if I “Use Country Shipping Price” for a destination?
All of your existing non-yellow-diamond products shipped from the STANDARD (Primary) warehouse will have the international shipping price set or updated with the new country shipping price. If this destination is disabled for some existing products, it remains disabled for these products. For yellow diamond products, the new destination is enabled but the country shipping price does not apply.
5. What will happen if I add a new destination and “Use Product Shipping Price”?
All of your affected products will have the new destination enabled unless you have disabled it for some products in the past. The shipping price will be the product shipping price indicated when the products were uploaded.
6. I have set a Country Shipping Price for a destination. Can I switch to “Use Product Shipping Price”?
Yes, you can switch to “Use Product Shipping Price.” This does not undo the country-level shipping price that was set previously for all of your existing products; however, you can update the shipping on a per-product level.
7. What happens if I remove a destination on the Shipping Settings page?
This destination will be removed from all of your existing products in the STANDARD (Primary) warehouse including both non-yellow-diamond AND yellow diamond products.
8. What happens to yellow diamond products when there are shipping price changes?
The shipping price for yellow diamond products does not change regardless of the Country Shipping Price set in shipping settings. However, when you add a new destination, it is enabled for your yellow diamond products, and when you remove a destination, it is removed for your yellow diamond products.
9. What happens to the products in Secondary warehouses?
The shipping price for products in Secondary warehouses does not change, but you can update Secondary warehouse shipping settings.
10. If I have disabled a destination for a product, what happens if I change the shipping settings for that destination?
The destination remains disabled for that product.
11. What if I want to change international shipping for a specific product after setting the Country Level Shipping Settings?
You can simply by editing shipping on the product level.
12. What if I cannot ship to certain sub-regions within a country?
You can disable certain sub-regions within a country.
