Before getting started, always be sure to check the list of prohibited products so you know in advance what cannot be sold on Wish.
When you are ready to add products to your store, you have three different options to choose from:
- Manually add products
- Bulk upload via CSV feed file
- Upload via API
If you are a new merchant, we recommend you start by manually uploading your products in order to get familiar with the process, the Merchant Dashboard, and the Wish platform.
Note: There is a review process for adding and editing products. Specifically, new product listings and certain edits (Title, Description, Images, Size, Color, and GTIN) to existing listings are subject to a review process before they are considered active on Wish. While under review, new listings are not searchable or purchasable on the Wish platform until they are approved, and edits to existing products are not live. (Approval can take a few days.)
Manually Add Products
Navigate to Merchant Dashboard > Products > Add New Product. Follow the steps to enter a product’s information such as images, inventory, tags, colors, sizes, price, etc.
You can also find additional help for setting up your product listing by visiting these articles:

After manually uploading a product and becoming familiar with the Wish Merchant Dashboard, try uploading multiple products at once via a CSV feed file or API.
Bulk Upload via CSV Feed File
"Products" are an individual item for sale on Wish, whereas an "item" is a single product listing. So if you use a CSV file, an item is equivalent to one line of your feed. Multiple items can represent one product as "product variations," and these variations differ in size and color.
You can add multiple products to your store by bulk uploading a feed file to the Merchant Dashboard > Products > Add/Edit Products with CSV page. The page should walk you through each step and it also offers a CSV template to use as well as an example template. However, if you need additional help, you can check out the article, "Add/Edit Products Via CSV."
Upload via API
Wish also supports API product upload. Visit the Products API documentation to learn more.
