What is ProductBoost Credit?

ProductBoost Credit is a result of advertising or bonus ProductBoost credits that Wish issues & applies to your account.

Where can I check my current ProductBoost Credit?

If you have ProductBoost Credit amounts allocated to your account, navigate to ProductBoost > Wallet on your Merchant Dashboard, and switch to "ProductBoost Credit" tab:

If I have both ProductBoost Credit and a positive ProductBoost Balance, which will be charged first?

If you have pending campaign charges, your ProductBoost Credit will always be utilized first. We will only charge other sources of funding when all your ProductBoost Credit amounts have been utilized (or expired).

How is ProductBoost Credit different from ProductBoost Balance?

ProductBoost Credit is a result of advertising or bonus ProductBoost credits that Wish issues and applies to your account; you are unable to buy or recharge ProductBoost Credit, as it is issued by Wish.

Your ProductBoost Balance, on the other hand, can be recharged by yourself via payment providers. Both can be used to pay for your ProductBoost campaigns, but ProductBoost Credit amounts will always be utilized first. For more information on recharging your ProductBoost balance, please refer to ‘How to recharge your ProductBoost Balance’.

Can I cash out my ProductBoost Credit amounts?

Your ProductBoost Credit can be used for future campaigns only and cannot be refunded to you.
