To help improve first-mile logistics efficiency and lower the logistics cost for merchants delivering EPC Blue and Advanced Logistics Program orders, the HUB Program is launched on May 10, 2020 Beijing Time as an additional logistics option for merchants to consider for their first-mile delivery for EPC Blue and Advanced Logistics Program orders.
Specifically, effective May 10, 2020 10:00AM Beijing Time, merchants may choose to deliver their EPC Blue and Advanced Logistics Program orders to one of the two HUB transit warehouses (East HUB warehouse and South HUB warehouse) designated by Wish, and Wish will subsequently route their orders to the correct EPC Blue/Advanced Logistics Program warehouses.
This FAQ walks merchants through some commonly-asked questions about the HUB Program.
1. To whom is the HUB Program available?
The HUB Program is available to all China-based merchants shipping their EPC Blue and Advanced Logistics Program orders. Merchants are not required to participate in this program, but it is one additional logistics option available to merchants.
2. How does the HUB Program benefit mechants?
Previously, merchants located in remote areas incur high self-delivery costs to deliver orders to multiple EPC Blue/Advanced Logistics Program warehouses, as it could be challenging for pick-up carriers to reach their locations. With the new HUB Program, merchants only need to deliver their relevant orders to one of the two Wish-designated HUB transit warehouses, effectively saving time and lowering their first-mile logistics cost.
3. What are the addresses for the two HUB transit warehouses?
Merchants may deliver their relevant orders to one of the following Wish-designated HUB transit warehouses:
Please specifically note that East HUB transit warehouse has been moved due to the recent COVID-19 surge. Please read the new address below and adjust your logistics accordingly. In addition, we encourage merchants to check back regularly for any new information.
- East HUB transit warehouse address: 浙江省金华市义乌市北苑街道圆通总部西站大道入口二区二栋二层A,B,C仓

- Contact person: Zhiqiang Zhao
- Contact phone number for receiving packages: 13760335885
- Contact phone number for general inquiries: 18038191218 or 13760335885
4. How can merchants deliver their relevant orders to these two HUB transit warehouses?
Merchants can deliver their orders to a HUB transit warehouse through various methods.
1). STO Express pickup services based on Wish <> STO Express special partnership:
Please note that Wish has established a special partnership with STO Express, which can pick up orders at merchants’ locations and deliver them to a HUB transit warehouse. Based on this partnership, STO Express charges a pickup fee of ¥5 RMB per 2kg, with ¥2 RMB per additional kg.
Please note that merchants may set up package pickup by STO Express in ERPs or directly in WishPost to utilize STO Express and enjoy the above pricing structure and WishPost online pickup fee payments.
a. STO Express pickup service set-up in ERPs:
Currently, a number of ERPs (including Dianxiaomi, Mango ERP, etc.) have completed integration with Wish to support merchants with setting up STO Express pickup in ERPs.
For the operational process within the ERP dashboard to start the process of arranging order pickup by STO Express, merchants may contact their ERPs directly.
Next, merchants may then print out the orders’ first-mile shipping label which clearly indicates the designated HUB transit warehouse and EPC Blue/Advanced Logistics Program warehouse. Please group all orders bound for the same EPC Blue/Advanced Logistics Program warehouse together; similarly, please group all orders bound for the same HUB transit warehouse together as well. Merchants may consider grouping several small packages into a large one directly via ERP, and WishPost will also generate a shipping label for the large package as needed.
Lastly, merchants may print out the pickup label for STO Express.
b. STO Express pickup service set-up in WishPost:
Merchants without ERP access may take advantage of the STO Express special pricing and online payment processing by setting up STO Express pickup service directly in WishPost. A detailed step-by-step walkthrough is presented below:
Step 1: Group relevant packages after having generated the first-mile tracking number (such as WI001380012345EPC) and selected “Self delivery” shipping method (i.e. not Wanse or Yanwen pickup). Example of an EPC order first-mile shipping label (which clearly indicates the designated HUB transit warehouse and EPC warehouse):
First navigate to the WishPost Package Grouping Management > Create package grouping page (集包管理 > 创建集包). Select small packages that need to be grouped into a big package, and click “Create HUB package group” (“创建HUB集包”).
In the popup modal that follows, merchants may choose “Self delivery” or “STO Express pickup service” as their first-mile shipping method; see “自送“ and “申通揽收” options in the example screenshot below for “头程揽收” field:
“Self delivery” option means merchants shall self-deliver the big packages to designated HUB transit warehouses using shipping methods of their own choices; while “STO Express pickup service” option means that merchants choose to receive STO Express pickup label and pay STO Express pickup fees directly online via WishPost.
After clicking “Confirm”, the system will generate a reference number and label for the big package. If choosing “STO Express pickup service” above, please click “Create STO Express pickup label” (“创建申通运单”) to continue (see screenshot below & Step 2 below for details):
Next, merchants will receive the following label for the big package by clicking “Download package label” (“下载面单”) in the step above:
Step 2: Create STO Express pickup label
Method 1:
First, navigate to the WishPost Package Grouping Management > Create package grouping page (集包管理 > 创建集包). Then select which big packages need to be delivered with STO Express to HUB transit warehouses, and then click “Create package shipping order” (“创建包裹订单”):
In the popup modal that follows, select STO Express as the logistics channel, and click “Confirm”:
The system will then present the following confirmation page asking merchants to double confirm; click “Yes” to proceed:
Next, proceed to the Order details > Order List page, select “STOPUDO” as the channel and locate relevant STO Express pickup label to download and print:
After clicking “Download label”, an STO Express pickup label is then generated (example below):
Method 2:
Navigate to the Order details > Create Order page on WishPost (please input the reference number for the big package generated in Step 1 above) to generate the STO Express pickup label:
We suggest that merchants using STO Express pickup service to complete the order pickup with 2 calendar days from the order released time; if merchants timely arrange pickup by STO Express, but relevant orders still arrive at the corresponding EPC Blue, Advanced Logistics Program warehouse later than 168 hours since the order released time, the 50% late arrival fee (outlined in the Warehouse Fulfillment Policy and Advance Logistics Program Order late fulfillment policy) will be auto-exempted if either of the following criteria is met:
- Tracking details on WishPost show that the time period from when the order is released to when the order arrives at the correct HUB transit warehouse is less than 120 hours;
- Tracking details on WishPost show the time period from when the order is released to when the first STO Express scan is less than 48 hours.
Please note that for merchants using the STO Express pickup method based on Wish <> STO Express partnership to deliver their packages to HUB transition warehouses, the late arrival fees may be waived if one of the above two criteria are met.
2). Merchant self-delivery:
Merchants may also offline contact STO Express or any other pickup service providers themselves to help deliver orders to a Wish-designated HUB transit warehouse.
Self-delivery merchants who offline contact their own pickup service providers (including STO Express) will not be able to enjoy the above-noted Wish <> STO Express partnership pickup pricing or WishPost online payment processing.
Note that for merchants choosing self-delivery methods here, all EPC Blue or Advanced Logistics Program packages ultimately bound for EPC Blue/Advanced Logistics Program East warehouses should be delivered to the East HUB transit warehouse, and all packages bound for EPC Blue/Advanced Logistics Program South warehouses to the South HUB transit warehouse.
For self-delivery merchants, we strongly suggest that merchants deliver relevant orders to the HUB transit warehouse within 4-5 calendar days from the order released time. If merchants timely deliver the order, but the order still arrives at the corresponding EPC Blue, Advanced Logistics Program warehouse later than 168 hours since the order released time, the 50% late arrival fee (outlined in the Warehouse Fulfillment Policy and Advanced Logistics Program Order late fulfillment policy) will be auto-exempted for the following situation:
- Tracking details on WishPost show that the time period from when the order is released to when the order arrives at the correct HUB transit warehouse is less than 120 hours.
5. Does the HUB Program charge additional fees?
No.
